Since 1912, the Ritter family has remained dedicated to using only the highest quality ingredients to create its chocolate and fillings. With one of the most modern quality management systems in its industry, raw materials and finished products undergo extensive testing to guarantee excellence.
Ritter Sport's goal is to produce the best chocolate: We search the globe and purchase ingredients from selected suppliers who meet our high standards.
Ritter Sport's chocolate is derived from four types of high-quality cocoa in three growing regions-two from Africa, one from Ecuador and one from Papua New Guinea. We then create eleven different chocolate masses, each distinctly flavored to complement the filling it's paired with.
Our three chocolate flavors featuring hazelnuts are chock-full of whole hazelnuts from Turkey-measuring between 1.1 and 1.3 cm, the hazelnuts are hand-selected and freshly roasted.
Ritter Sport uses only 100 percent pure whole Alpine milk from cows in the Alpine region-that's 30 percent more Alpine milk than required by food laws and ensures an even better taste!
